HR Wisdom Summit is a professional event for HRDs, CEOs and company owners, from the business/media bureau Ekonomika+, the online business publication Delo.ua and the TOP-100 magazine. Ratings of the largest". Every year, it brings together the experience of leading HRDs who share labor market strategies and innovations.
This year's HR Wisdom Summit will take place on July 17 in Kyiv. The main theme is the transformation of the working environment into a place of strength and growth. HRDs of top Ukrainian companies will share the best practices of maintaining and developing a team, hiring valuable talent, and most importantly, creating a work environment that will support each team member.
HR Wisdom Summit 2024 speakers include:
• Maria Abdullina, head of the employment platform OLX Robot,
• Tetyana Petruk, director of sustainable development and interaction with personnel of the Metinvest Group,
• Oleksandra Komar, HR director of Shell,
• Inna Pecheritsa, HRD LLC "RUSH" (EVA and EVA.UA store line),
• Oleksandr Kucherenko, director of sustainable development of DTEK.
In addition to intensive training and networking, the participants will be treated to an award ceremony for the best employers according to the "TOP-100 magazine. Ratings of the largest". HRWS members will be the first to know the names of the winners.
